FOUR Different 1989/93 TLS letters (of various sizes) from Congressman Nick Rahall of West Virginia - All with standard folding.  Some bending here and there - none too serious (except for the 4/12/1989 letter that has some more than the others and three small stains) - from being handled in the normal course of business.  The yellow bands are a scanner problem and are not present on the actual letters.
