HERE IS AN  8" X 10" BLACK AND WHITE GLOSS PHOTO, SIGNED BY JACK KEMP.
PHOTO IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, WITH LIGHT WEAR/LIGHT EDGE WEAR.
JACK KEMP SERVED AS HOUSING SECRETARY IN THE CABINET OF PRESIDENT GEORGE H. W. BUSH (1989-93).  PREVIOUSLY, MR. KEMP WAS A U. S. CONGRESSMAN FROM NEW YORK (FROM 1971-1989).  HE WAS REPUBLICAN PARTY CANDIDATE BOB DOLE'S VICE-PRESIDENTIAL RUNNING MATE IN THE 1996 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.
JACK KEMP WAS A STAR IN THE OLD AMERICAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE.  A QUARTERBACK, HE WAS THE 1965 AFL MVP (WITH THE BUFFALO BILLS).
JACK KEMP DIED MAY 12, 2009.
