    Tested this and it runs well and produces correct output voltage. Pretty quiet in comparison to several I have heard.
    Looks like the HV side has been lubricated since WW2 as paint seal indicates bearing cap has been removed in past, LV side has screw paint still intact, so maybe its time to lube that side. But it really runs well as is.
