This first day cover has 5 signatures of members of the Watergate Impeachment Committee. They include the signatures of US House of Represenatives Harold D. Donohue - deceased, Thomas Railsback, Carlos Moorehead - deceased, Charles W. Sandman Jr - deceased and Pete Rodino - deceased. A very rare vintage signed first day cover.
