    Autographed photo of Senator Richard G. Lugar, U.S. Senator from Indiana, 1977-2013
    Photo includes printed inscription to original owner, April 22, 1999;  this autographed photo was obtained at that time through a silent auction sponsored by a church, to raise money for missions.
    Accompanying the photo is a letter from the Senator's office referring to the photo.
    Also included is a bio sheet which was included with the original mailing, and the entire contents are in the original manilla envelope mailed from D.C.
    The photo portion is approximately 7 and 1/2 inches by 8 inches, but the entire sheet is a standard 8 inches by 10 inches.
    In the photo, it appears to have some warping, but it is actually flat and in excellent condition.
