Vintage 1960-1963 Postcard of US House Representative Jessica " Judy " Weis of 38th District NY New York Monroe County Rochester NY . Back of Postcard has her Autograph
. She was a woman Pioneer Representative well before Louise Slaughter from Rochester, NY .  She passed away at a young of 61 in 1963 of cancer. Postcard never sent but has a unused 3 cent stamp on it. Neat Piece of Rochester History!   Neat Postcard for Framing!
